Policy: NO Returns-NO Refunds-NO Exchanges are allowed. For External use only. All Products are FINAL SALE. For best results we suggest you always order a Sample/Sample Packs to test fragrance compatibility with your body chemistry before purchasing the larger bottle. Eastern Oils, like most fragrance companies, do not offer returns-refunds-exchanges due to factors such as once a fragrance is shipped from our warehouse we can not guarantee it's integrity has not been altered by opening/testing/using which contaminates with environmental factors/dna/skin cells or tampered with. Therefore, it can not be resold and must be destroyed. ALL Sales are Final. This is why Samples/ Sampler Packs are available and suggested to be purchased for testing before buying the larger bottle. Eastern Oils is in No way connected or affiliated with any of the perfume houses/companies/designers holding trademarks on the fragrances/names to which we sell. Names similar/same to any other offered by another company is unintentional and coincidental not meant to mislead in any manner. We appreciate you and your purchase and Thank You for your understanding of this policy that ALL Products are FINAL SALE-Non Returnable-Non refundable-Non Exchangeable.

Orders are generally shipped within three days - one week of being received. If we are out of stock of any item that was ordered on our website, we will hold the order until shipment can be completed. If for some reason we cannot get the desired product in a timely manner (usually a week to ten days additional) we will notify you via email and offer you the option of waiting to receive your full order or refund the cost of the out of stock product and charge and ship the products that are in stock.
